Combined interpretable models for regulatory genomics

Partners involved: Ohler*, Schwarz*, Gagneur, Engelhardt

,The aim of this project is to develop models to predict:

i) gene expression and

ii) events of post-transcriptional modification from non-coding regulatory sequences.

These regulatory models will be implemented as independent modules within the MBMZ (WP5).
